When you request an estimate or contact TCS, we may collect project details, your name, company, contact information, notes, and files you choose to provide.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to requests, coordinate potential services, maintain business records, protect the website, and improve the customer experience. TCS does not use estimate details to promise or confirm service automatically.
AI assistant
Assistant conversations are stored only in your browser unless messages are sent to the AI service to generate a response. Do not include secrets, payment information, or sensitive personal information. The assistant can make mistakes and is not emergency support.
Sharing and security
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website and respond to requests. TCS does not make customer lead records publicly available. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is guaranteed completely secure.
